ETA more -- I'm reading an interview with exec producer Matt Olmstead and he has this to say about my absolute favorite moment in the series (that happened in the finale). Read more... )

Quick TV thoughts, no really, they ARE quick! (Go me!) ...

Law & Order (No spoilers) - FABULOUS season-opener. Really, just kick-ass. I love this show so much. So, so, so much. And while I miss Jesse L. Martin, I've always loved Anthony Anderson and he's doing great. Just great, great season opener. And the last line was AWESOME!!! (I wouldn't be surprised if they did dub two versions of it, though. Still awesome.)

TheAmazing Race (No spoilers) - I enjoy this, of course, simply because it IS The Amazing Race, but other than liking Toni/Dallas, I don't really care about any team, so I don't really care who wins. I just know that I don't want the Frats or Sarah/Terrence to win. And while I do like Toni/Dallas (I know you love 'em, Gerrie), I don't like *like* them. I dunno, it's been the least I'm-involved-in-emotionally TAR ever. Oh well. I still do enjoy it.

How I Met Your Mother )

Terminator )

Prison Break )

DwtS )

The Mentalist (No spoilers) - Good show; it's not earth-shattering, it's not obsessive; it's not appointment television, it's just good and enjoyable. Same as usual.

I swear this feels like Veronica Mars all over again. Sigh.

Spoilers for tonight's 'Eli Stone' behind the cut. )This one, Life and Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles continue to make my primetime, non-reality TV viewing a happy place.

And adding to that happiness ... I am catching up on Prison Break because Spoiler behind the cut for next season. )

I'll get to 24 tomorrow. Yes, the season is so meh so far that for the first time since I began watching it live, I chose not to, well, watch it live. Sigh.

However, I did watch the deliciously ridiculous as always prison break )

And of course, with the joy of four -- count 'em, FOUR! -- couples I like in Dancing With the Stars )

Sigh, and I still miss Louis and Ashly. There's pretty good reasons why both aren't there though; according to his blog, Louis is apparently too short He's 5'8" for the ladies this year, but he's involved in behind the scenes stuff) and Ashly is pregnant. Still, I miss them. Hopefully, both will be back next year and maybe Ashley will get a return to a good partner as she had in S1. (She and Joey McIntrye were my first favorite couple.)

No spoilers, I just wanted to share my glee over watching PB live for the first time since the third episode (I gave up mid-way, I can't imagine why now). I spent Wednesday through Saturday watching all of season one and the first 19 eps of season two (shout-out to tinkabell007 for helping me with some season 2 eps! You rock!) and so was able to watch the new one this Monday and man, oh man ... two things:

1. The utter ludicrousness and convenience of contrivance on this show is utterly delicious. It's so much fun!!! I love it!!!

2. William Fichtner (Agent Mahone). Sigh. I've adored him since 1989 when he played Josh Snyder (Rod Landry) -- it's a long story -- on As the World Turns. And for the record, fifty years old or not, I think he's by far the best looking member of that cast. Sigh, such pretty blue eyes.
