Julia reminded me a lot of Elsie, an S1 contestant who was a stay-at-home mom and a really good cook. He gave her a hug, too -- and she went out at F4.

But it's eliminations like this that make me question everyone who dislikes "Hell's Kitchen" because of all the yelling. Chef Ramsay does have a heart, and he does show it, on occasion. :)

As for Jen, I just cannot see them giving it to a girl who they showed fishing spaghetti out of the garbage bin! I mean...I'd never eat in her restaurant after that. :x Or at least, I'd never order pasta. :/
