Well.

So, my Neil was in the bottom again. Sigh. I've resigned myself to the fact that he'll make it no further than the top 6 unless Danny screws up tremendously or gets a horrible dance choice AND Neil does amazingly well. Sigh. I guess I'm not too surprised. I know how popular Pasha is and the fact that I warmed so much to Danny last night is possibly the case with many others.

Seeing the spotlight -- I mean UBER SPOTLIGHT!! -- for Sabra in the opening number, I'm back to thinking she has this thing in the bag. Obviously, though, Lacey is her only competition. Eh, that was Lauren, apparently. I take it back then. I think Lacey will win. The fact that fucking Lauren is still there? Ugh!!! Still, I must say that Sabra's solo reignited my love for her. Lacey's was horrible!!! And Lauren not much better. Sara was eh, as always. (All four boys were awesome in my opinion.)

Since I'm likely losing Neil next week, I hope I least get my wish which is a Sabra/Neil partnership. Pretty, pretty, PRETTY please!!!!

Like you, I can't believe Lauren is still there. Each week I think it is her time to go and she stays! Lacey's solo was awful. Interesting how Danny use to be at the bottom and now he is not.

Sabra/Neil dancing a contemporary routine next week would be best.

How the hell is THE most annoying dancer ever on this show still fucking there UNLESS it's a fix!?!?!?!? UGH!!!!!!!!! Yes, Lacey's was bad, bad, bad. Thank God for her that wasn't an actually dance for your life or her ass would have been grass!

Oh, I will cry tears of joy if Sabra/Neil get partnered and get a contemporary dance by Mandy Moore. Cry tears of joy, I tell ya!!!

The thing about Lacey and Lauren that bugs me the most is that they totally mug in front of the camera. I mean the second dance Lauren did last night was all posing, and the kiss - not hot.

Keep in mind that Lacey had never done a solo before the Wade one last week in her life. So this was a second solo. It was terrible but I'm cutting her some slack. These solos didn't mean anything and everyone was kind of meh and week.

I do think Neil will get Sabra, Lacey will get Pasha and Danny/Lauren.

And Sabra always has the spotlight in the group dances. It's always Sabra or Danny. Or Lauren. The group numbers have all sucked this year so I don't care anymore.

I do think Pasha and Danny are for sure Final Four. Girls - can't tell. Lacey has been trashed to death this week and Sabra praised up the ying yang. Hopefully Lauren will also leave next week. Hopefully.

Sorry, not cutting her slack. Knowing she was going to be on this show, she should have worked on a few 30 second solos. That was as bad as Lauren's with the jacket taking off. No, the solos don't mean anything, but some people might remember this solo next week and will taint their view of her. Bottom-line, she's a dancer who should know how to showcase herself and any dancer who doesn't do that doesn't deserve any slack cut. Part of what I loved about Natalie and Benji last year was that those two -- more than any other -- always produced outstanding solos, and Neil, Danny and Sabra this year showcase themselves beautifully. Even their weaker solos are still generally better than the others dancing around them.

I really hope Neil and Sabra do dance together. I've been salivating for that for weeks.

The final four are definitely Sabra, Lacey, Pasha, Danny, unless as I said above Danny sucks or shows off his uber-arrogant side again in complacency and Neil has two fantastic routines. I just can not believe that Lauren would beat either Sabra (who hasn't been in the bottom three since the first week in the competition) and Lacey who's never been in the bottom, while Lauren is always just slipping by.

Hee - well of course you're entitled to your opinion. I've also now read a report from someone at the taping that Lacey was in severe pain from her back injury. And since they did not know about the solos she did not have time to take her usual painkillers. She was moving very carefully all night with hugging people, etc.

I'm cutting her a break. I'm sick of the Sabra overpimping. I liked her from the beginning but now? Not going to happen. If Lacey can't win, my votes go to Danny or Pasha.

I feel bad for Lacey. She has gotten so much grief for things she has no control over. And the general public just believes everything the judges feed them. So they all believe Sabra is a dancer's gift from heaven - without seeing all the mistakes she made in the quickstep. A ballroom expert on TWOP pointed out all the things she was doing wrong that Pasha hid in that number. Things that Mary and Nigel should be pointing out also. But instead they barely acknowledge Pasha and praise Sabra over and over? I'm sorry, it's not her fault but I'm not joining in their hypnotized army (not that I'm saying you are one Jennifer. I know you are a discerning viewer).

You're right - Benji knew how to do a solo last year. I'm hoping he and Heidi give Lacey some tips this week.

Yes, I've seen Sabra's missteps, and I've seen Lauren's and Lacey's. Why they're doing this with Sabra, I don't know, but I don't think she's going to win now that it's been pointed out it wasn't her highlighted in the solo.

Are you sure that was Sabra? I haven't had a chance to read many reactions yet, but I'm almost positive that was Lauren. I don't have it recorded to check, though.
