I KNOW!! I really thought they had chemistry. Would it kill them to have given us some of them? I mean, obviously they INTENDED for viewers to see that spark, thus her calling him up, and then the mention of their engagement.

Who knows? Maybe the actor didn't want to just do a few quick scenes?
