Oh, I do totally see what you're saying (and you explained yourself perfectly in your journal), it's just, yeah, we don't see it the same way. The Doctor's physical enthusiasm is the one way in which he doesn't hold himself back, so I could see holding back from the words, expressing the emotion, as opposed to the physicality of sex.

But again, different opinions and I respect yours too and I've enjoyed this discussion too. :)
