Now onto the topic -- personally, I disagree. I have a helluva lot of points, but I'm on my iPod currently, so no long posts for me. I'll bring out what convinced me, though. I don't think the Doctor would go the final step without saying "I love you." Sex is obviously something important to him, else we would have seen more than a kiss from Astrid and this wouldn't be a family show. He wouldn't do it with someone he didn't completely adore, or love, and espicially not without telling them so. And as we saw in Satan's Pit, Doomsday, and Journey's End, he's never said "I love you." and meant it that way.
