I felt like GA was more of a setting up to get back into it episode myself. Things happened but nothing very dramatic. A building up episode. Granted I watched this early this morning (around 5:00) so I might have missed some nuances.

You're not the only one who has said this and thinking back, I think you and others are right. I was just so trying not to concentrate on the Addisex kiss (which of course was a near-kiss) based on the previews that I maybe didn't pay full attention.

So happy that freaking check is finally deposited. But could have done without the breakdown in the bank. I think her grief and anguish could have been played better in a quieter method.

Agreed; it was too obvious and soapy. Shondra has done better and I would have liked (and expected) that here. It's how she gets away with such ridiculous soap cliches because it's handled well. This wasn't the case.

And yes of course she will pay for that girl's surgery. In fact, I was surprised when the episode ended before she did it.

Maybe, they really expected the audience to realize that and it will be considered a done deal in the next episode. I would actually like that.

I usually like musical montages but this one felt very tacked on and pointless.

I'm soooooooo tired of the musical montages and this one, I agree, was especially pointless. Ooh, they're faces. Blah. Other than seeing Alex follow Addison and my George/Izzy moment with the hand-holding on the line about having someone to love sorta thing, I was blah.

I'm not a Meredith fan either but I liked the snoring bits.

If I liked her and Meredith/Derek, I would have really enjoyed those, but gah, I can't stand her.

I didn't like the Dad bits - she's coming off unlikeable in this because the actor playing her Dad is playing very sympathetic but I like that they are allowing this unlikeable edge to exist. I'm hoping there won't be a quick fix.

I don't think they'll be a quick fix. But this is my problem with Meredith (and is becoming my problem with Veronica on VM), she's almost always unlikeable to me now.

Bailey and her stare. Hee!

Yes, HEE! And Callie's attempt to redo was scary, LOL!

As for George and Callie - all the are they/aren't they they have done with this ship has kind of left me a bit meh about them.

They're very meh. They just don't work. I get Shondra loving the actress (I do too and if you've seen/heard Spamalot, you know she can SANG! deservedly winning the Tony), but she and George don't work. Sara Ramirez and TR Knight have NO chemistry.

I like the actress who plays Callie so I might be able to reinvest in this. Can't tell right now.

I love both actors and characters, but when there is no chemistry -- it just won't work. And physically they do NOT look good together. He makes her look masculine (which sucks because she's gorgeous) and she makes him look feminine (which sucks because he's a cutie-pie). They simply do not work on any level.

Christina and Burke were kind of non-entities in this.

They were, but I still like them.

As for Supernatural - I'm still knocked flat on the floor by this episode. So frikking awesome. The music, the creepy opening, the kickass storyline and the reveal (sort of) of Sam's destiny. And I too adored Ava. So, so much. I don't want her to be a demon either. I don't have any answers to give you though because I stay completely on the nonspoiled train for this show.

Yes, this was an excellent one. I am so not obsessed with this show like the rest of my flist it seems, but I do enjoy it and this was a stellar ep. And Ava was awesome -- please, please don't be evil!
