I'm not posting this because I care, but because I choose to mock

As much as I really dig Kate Walsh, I was pretty much at the point where I had no intention of watching the Grey's spin-off because, yes, I dislike Chris Lowell that much, have such horrible association with him work-wise and personally find him fugly as all that. However, upon reading his character description, I'm tempted to tune in now for sheer mockage.

Dell. Yes, Dell. And it gets better. He plays a surfer/receptionist who is the boy-toy to one of Addison's LA college-friends. I mean, it's as if he went looking for a character MORE ludicrous than Piz.

Seriously. Dell, a surfing boy-toy.

THAT has Emmy written all over it!

BWAH! I too was not going to watch it (even though I love GA) because I can barely stand to look at CL but this description has made me laugh so so much that I may have to tune in for at least a few episodes!

I'll join you in mocking CL for that role. SHIT!!

I'm honestly starting to pity this kid, he plays the worst named characters on TV!

Right, I adore Kate Walsh, but the show sounds INSANELY stupid so I was really not going to tune in because I can't stand CL, but that description, OHMYGOD! out utterly mock-worthy!

I KNOW!

If he could act more than one note, not come across as smarmy and slimy and not be so creepily ugly (in my opinion), I might feel sorry for him, but there are more talented actors, better-looking actors and more talented and better-looking actors out there who deserve to have careers and the fact that he has one? No pity here. And, with this role -- no matter how ludicrous it is -- he will likely be more successful than the MUCH more deserving (and talented, and better-looking) Jason Dohring which negates any warm and tender feelings, even of the sympathetic kind, for this guy.

Does it say?

Whether or not he's a boy toy to a FEMAL or a MALE college friend.

This just gave me the best idea for a fic, where I think Piz (Pez Piss whatever) need to have a sexual identity crisis. Maybe it isn't Veronica he's obsessed with maybe it is Logan. I could have so much FUN with that particular story it not even funny.

Darn I would have respected him more if it was Male.

I also would have had more fun with it

HA! Clearly a ripoff of ER's awesome Jerry from the first...7-8 seasons? I know he's on "Men in Trees," now.

Actually, I'm guessing his personality will be closer to CSI's Greg Sanders (circa S1). Or Cody Lambert from "Step by Step." :p

Dude...they're getting a Dell. (sorry, I had to say it ;)

I don't know, Jerry was a small character who grew to be loved by fans. This is just bad writing.

Ahahahahaha!

Sorry, you alrady know how I feel about CL, so thank you for this! :)

OMG, he's going to be Amy Brenneman's love monkey! Gah!

(I knew Amy in college. She's good people.)

Well, at least this pretty much relegates him to comic relief, no? (One can hope.)
