ITA about the girls' dance with Wade being more impressive than the boys' dance by Mia. I just don't get the judges anymore. It's like they WON'T critique Mia on anything. It bugs me that Nigel brought up not getting they were foxes with Wade but he never said anything about not getting they were aliens with Mia's Danny/Lauren piece that they went crazy with a couple weeks ago. It's like they can't find any fault with Mia anymore, and while I think she's amazing, she's not THAT amazing. She could have done SO much more with Danny and Neil, so I wasn't moved by it at all. Whereas I thought Sabra and Lacey were really showcased brilliantly in Wade's dance. They were so in tune with each other and I thought they did a great job.
And I never really noticed this before, but man is Mary useless as a judge. She just agrees with everything Nigel says and repeats it in a slightly different way. My boyfriend pointed that out tonight (he loved the girls' routine, too) and I had to agree with him. Sometimes she offers more in way of her expertise, but it's rare. I think she should go back to a rotating judge, because she's just not bringing anything more than the tamale trains and screams, IMO.
