That never crossed my mind because what good would that have done. The better "story" would have been giving it to Michael, I think. I really think it was the kids. Seriously. They fight, hate on each other and then one minute later are playing together, best friends in the world. Tis awesome.
Yeah, I wish there hadn't been that interference, but eh, I can live with it.
