Maggie is just too darn adorable for words. I loved her brief "ohshit" expression right after Eli finally noticed the ring. Heeee.
I also wasn't too moved by the ending, but mostly because I just kept thinking that he was still really on that balcony, and I kept picturing Nate walking out with some more beers and seeing Eli wibbling at a potted plant or something.
Also, is it just me, or does Nate look just enough like Neil Patrick Harris to be a passable older Doogie Howser? Whenever I see him in that lab coat, that is where my mind goes. And I giggle.
