ETA: Okay, I posted it on Time & Chips and new_who. Got a few responses (all positive) thus far, and someone made a good point: Since it's a very particular focus, you might consider expanding beyond fic to fanart and icons and such as well.
My response was: Oh, that's a good idea. It could just be a community for Doctor/Rose, Donna period -- fic, fanart, icons, fanvids, etc. Hmm.
