Well personally - I'd love just one special showing what Rose and TenII get up to in their universe.
But Billy's rather pregnant and doesn't want to live in Cardiff - so I'm not about to hold my breath. And I think any bringing her back to our universe wouldn't work at this point. Much as I loved Rose I like my Doctor with companions like Donna. A Mate.
