Oh, of course. I ship the Doctor and Rose. But of the two (Nine, Ten, or okay, three, TenII), I slightly prefer Nine and Rose simply because (a) I like Christopher Eccleston more than Tennant, and (b)I think that Billie and Eccleston have better chemistry. But I'd never say I ship Nine/Rose, or that I ship Ten/Rose, etc. I ship THE DOCTOR/Rose.
And yes, I'd ship Eleven/Rose too (if Billie and the actor playing Eleven had chemistry ... which, knowing Billie, they most likely would, so yeah, I'd ship Eleven/Rose too).
