Dancing with the Stars results

Well, the first results show was tonight and was it just me or did it black out in the reveal for anyone else? The only reason I know who's going home is because it came back on long enough for me to hear Tom say the couple were doing their last dance, and then it blacked out again. Weird.

And that pre-cut was me desperately trying not to scream with anguish: ARRRGGHHH!!!!!

I'M SO PISSED!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Paulina and Alec!?!?! What. The. Fuck!?!? Paulina and Alec!!!!!!!!!!!!!??????????? Over, Shandi/Brian?!?!? Leeza/Tony?!?!?!? Karina/Billy Ray?!?!?!? Clyde/Elena?!?!?!

If I didn't love Laila and Apolo so much, I swear I'd boycott the show after that. FUCKING PAULINA AND ALEC!?!?!?!?!!!

I just can't talk about anything else on the show because I'm too pissed.

I think Paulina was right - she simply has no fan base. I ventured over to the ABC boards yesterday to try and get a feel for who might be going home and post after post listed Paulina as someone who was possible.

I simply can't believe it. But I do think it was fan base. I voted for her, but I could only get through twice. Her line was busy every other time.

Mine blacked out a little but it came back before yours because I saw the call.

Stupid Samantha mush mouth completely telegraphed that it was Paulina. What an idiot!

I also blame the judging too. Why, oh why didn't they score her higher?!? She so deserved much better scores than Leeza, Clyde, Shandi and Billy Ray. Ugh!!!

Yeah, I think ABC lost their feed for a minute there. Great timing, ABC! :/

Sadly, I think because they went so early in the competition, and there were other women who were more memorable (Heather, Lalia, etc.). And I knew I really liked her, but didn't know who she was or where she was from. This show skews "older" (like 35-64), so Leeza Gibbons is clearly going to get votes. I don't know WHO is voting for Shandi and McCreepy, though. :x
