Top Chef Tonight

So I'm not seeing many (if any) write-ups on this season on my flist much, whereas I did a lot last year. I think that's a shame because I'm actually really enjoying this one quite a bit. I'm really agreeing with the judges' choices and their reasons for doing so. Tonight's episode another case in point.
Yes, the profanity is ridiculous this season (I counted 24! tonight -- yes, I'm doing a profanity count, LOL!), but most of it is coming during stressful situations.
Anyhoo, about tonight ... I am so glad that Zoe went. Yeah, both Dale and Lisa have a bit of attitude problems, but I don't think either takes the cake in that department. Zoe just has had such a sour disposition and whenever the judges offer even the slightest critique we not only have her making it clear that they are completely and utterly off-base, we have her girlfriend doing the same. And it's annoying, not because I have a problem with the two there together, but because based on all of the reasons that Zoe is continually in the bottom, she really does seem like one of the weaker chefs they had.
I didn't like Richard much to begin with, but he's been growing on me and I think he's really lucky that Zoe did the unpardonable underseasoning, because his leaving scales on the fish would have sent him home had it been pretty much anything else that would have sent someone home.
My faves are Mark, Stephanie and the Spike and (ooh! what the hell? I'm forgetting his name!) the other bearded guy who isn't Spike. Speaking of Spike, I know that technically he "threw Zoe and Antonia under the bus" in judging, but screw it, he was RIGHT! And I got pissed when Colicchio said that he should have stood up for what he wants. I HATE WHEN JUDGES SAY THAT IN ANY GROUP CHALLENGE!!! They are in a group, sometimes you CAN'T say this is what I want to do. It's just not possible in order to get the job done. I would have been really pissed if he was the one sent home, but I knew it was gonna be Zoe. And it should have been.
Based on all we've seen so far, I think that Dale and Stephanie will be the final two. They seem the two to consistently deliver.

Andrew is I think the other bearded guy. He's a little over the top for me.
It kind of looks like they all start drinking as soon as the challenge is over and I think that lends to the f-bombs flying about. Though Dale - grabbing your crotch? Seriously? I felt like I was watching my teens doing an improv "in the hood". Hee!
